What in this life have we done to deserve uncertainty?
The innocent die in the blink of an eye while the guilty live prosperous.
What is happening, Merciful Father?
Should I turn from you?
What is happening, Our Merciful Father?
Should I hate you?
This question burns inside me; can I put my trust in you?
When all else fails in my life, what am I suppose to do?
But if you came to prove your grace, would we accept or would we crucify you?
Surely we've turned from design.
Surely we have turned from plan.
