Beyond Eternity

100 Years

Beyond Eternity

Every day I go to work to grub me to the bones
To earn my money, does it make any sense?
Then I look outside the window straight to the sky
Wanting to know everything, but my life's a lie.

Cause not much more than one hundred years
Is what man got on earth
It's really not much time but man himself
Has chosen it
Everything he wants to own, and therefore gets a piece of mind
Don't you believe it's useless when you're blind?

I want to have a big car and live in a mansion
I can't get enough of what I already have
But then I look outside the window straight to the sky
And I know I can't afford this cause my life's a lie.

Cause not much more than one hundred years
Is what man got on earth
It's really not much time but man himself
Has chosen it
Everything he wants to own, and therefore gets a piece of mind
Don't you believe it's useless when you're blind?

All or nothing? It's not a question, but the truth!

Cause not much more than one hundred years
Is what man got on earth
It's really not much time but man himself
Has chosen it
Everything he wants to own, and therefore gets a piece of mind
Don't you believe it's useless when you're blind?

Cause not much more than your wasted years
Is what you got on earth
It's really not much time but you yourself
Have chosen it
Everything he wants to know, and therefore gets a piece of mind
Don't you believe it's useless when you're blind?
